While this Shoreview Lake Home met the clients’ basic structural and space needs, there were some major issues that needed correcting in order to make the home more livable and enjoyable. For starters, there was an existing addition to the home that was poorly done and needed a significant cosmetic update. There was also a general lack of care and maintenance, which required every surface in the home to be replaced, retouched or redesigned\u2014four bathrooms, two bedrooms, a dinning room and kitchen. The result was a whole house makeover with dramatic results and ecstatic homeowners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In all, there were more than 120 items to fix, repair or replace within the interior and exterior of the home before we could even begin to think about new design elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
